Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited announces that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company was held on Wednesday 27 April 2011.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2 and the Company's Constitution, the Company advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is 21 January 2011 and the closing date is 25 February 2011. All nominations must be received by 4pm on the closing date.

Messrs D J Emslie and M J Cartwright retire as directors by rotation and were re-elected.
